Welcome to Barney Farrell's Project Site

I graduated from college having majored in  in finance. I have been working in the field of benefits and actuarial science, big data, and software development since 1995 in a variety of full-time positions.  I am currently a seasoned senior manager with a strong emphasis on employee growth and development.

I am a senior director with global responsibilities for several application suites and process areas at Willis Towers Watson.   My teams have been heavy into applying Power BI and Power Automate for client financial review and analysis, workplace productivity and resource management.  

My wife and I enjoy concerts.  Lots and lots of concerts.  I also enjoy long walks with Michelle, old bicycles, good friends, anything Irish, and a quality dark coffee.  We simply enjoy each other's company.  We also love dispelling vaccine myths and other misinformation!  There is nothing more sad than people who think they have all of the answers yet never asked the right questions.
